Delphi Academy of Santa Monica was founded by a group of parents and educators who wanted an effective educational program that included a clear emphasis in the arts in an environmentally friendly locale where children could learn and flourish. 

Having found that in the Delphi Program, an established curriculum with a network of schools around the United States, Delphi Academy of Santa Monica opened in 2003 and continues to meet those expectations while expanding its offered programs and facilities.

In recent years, parents and friends of the school have helped with our expansion by making financial contributions to our newly renovated playground, eco-friendly landscaping, and financial aid fund. We are also grateful to our parents, who offer us support with fund raising and with a commitment of time in various areas of the schoolsuch as helping the teachers during lunchtime, reading aloud to the children and being active members of the Parent Teacher Association.

As a nonprofit institution, these contributions and support are crucial to delivering the kind of outstanding education our community values. Gifts to Delphi Academy of Santa Monica help provide valuable resources, support financial aid, and ensure the sustainability of our program over the long term. 

There are many ways you can support Delphi. Specific opportunities include:

1. Gifts of Cash: Cash donations may be made by check, cash, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All donations are 100% tax-deductible. A “tax-deductible” letter will be sent acknowledging the receipt of each donation. Please note “Annual Giving” on your check.
2. Pledges: A pledge may be made committing toa donation to Delphi Academy of Santa Monica. Pledges are useful for those who find it more manageable to contribute over a short period of time, or in installments.  Pledges may be fulfilled through a single contribution or in multiple payments.
3. Matching Gifts: Matching gifts are often available from employer’s matching gifts programs and can double or even triple your contribution. Please check with your employer. It does not cost you at all, and is standard at many companies.
4. Shopping online. Shop and support Delphi by using the link below to the Amazon website. A portion of all sales made through this link will be given to the school.

5. Volunteering. Volunteering in co-curricular areas of the school (Physical Education/Athletics, Art, Music, Science Club, etc.).
6. School Representative. Working as a School Representative or as one of our “Parents to Call” for prospective families.
